South Street Studio was set up by Mary Duckham who is a conservation architect; with a passion for buildings, she enjoys drawing everyday moments. Her aim is to capture the essence of a place.
South Street Studio also undertakes personal commissions of places which are special to you. Mary enjoys rising to a challenge so if you have an idea, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
The Studio is based in a garden near the cliffs of Lewes, East Sussex. The views over the town inspire her drawings.

Every effort has been made to accurately depict all of the various products available. However although we apply strict quality control however minor inconsistencies can occur.
Occasionally ink may be a marginally different hue, with minor discrepancies in alignment. Printed in a small studio, this is part of the craft and unavoidable.
All our products are carefully packaged and if locally based, we aim to deliver the product ourselves. We only use biodegradable packaging; manilla boxes and envelopes with paper tapes for sealing, corrugated card for protection, and paper for void-filling. Any other materials used (eg. bubble wrap) will have been repurposed from goods received.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes! Please contact us for details on shipping pricing. We will aim to keep these as low as possible.
What will it cost to ship my items?
It depends on the product and shipping costs are added into your basket.
Insured, tracked or expedited packages can be shipped at additional cost by prior arrangement.
What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all electronic payments via PayPal or Stripe.
Please note items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears funds (this usually takes 4-6 days).
How Long Until My Items Arrive?
All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
Goods usually ship within 4 business days of order... often sooner!. If, in unforeseen circumstances, this is not possible, you will be notified immediately.
Confirmation of dispatch will be emailed along with estimated delivery dates.
What is Your Return/Refund Policy?
i. Returns
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of goods in new or saleable condition, returned within two weeks of shipment receipt if the items are faulty. We do not refund shipping costs.
If the item has been personalised or is a print, we cannot issue a refund, but we can offer a credit note.
The original item must be returned before a credit note is issued.
Should you wish to return goods, please notify us in writing (by email or letter) within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
We suggest that items are returned with appropriate tracking & insurance; no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods.
ii. Damaged items
If any item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately and retain the item and its packaging.
Please wait for instructions before returning the item. A replacement will be dispatched once we have either received the damaged item or further advice from the carrier.
iii. Delayed items
If your item does not arrive within 7 days of receiving your dispatch notification email, please get in touch with us so we can assess the situation.
